Red is the starting point and the framework for everything. I built the lighting to work with it: soft light to establish depth, harder light to sculpt volumes and create tension.

This project also provided an opportunity to integrate hand-designed 3D elements directly into the staging. Not as an effect, but as a compositional decision. They extend the decor without overloading it.

Charlotte commands the space with a presence that oscillates between restraint and assertion. This is precisely what this type of series demands.
